EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchange of any puppies at the option of the customer (which is not the responsibility of Xyberpet on the health guarantee of the puppy) ONLY under the following terms & conditions :

1. The puppy is purchased within 3 days from the date of exchange.

2. Xyberpet has the right to examine the puppy to ensure there is no default nor problem of the exchanged puppy.  Should any problems be found, Xyberpet reserves all rights not to exchange the said puppy.

3. A handling fee of 30% of the original purchased price will be levied.  The remaining balance can be used to purchase any other puppies available at the time.  In no circumstances that cash will be refunded.

4. Xyberpet reserves all rights to amend this exchange policy without prior notice.

更換狗隻條款

在客人的要求下 (而並非本公司對狗隻之健康責任)，我們接受狗隻更換，但須按照以下條款進行:

1. 所更換之狗隻必須在購買之後三天內方可進行，逾期不受接納。

2. XYBERPET 有權詳細檢查狗隻是否有問題，如所發現之問題是客人購買之後所發生的，我們有權不接受更換。

3. 狗隻一經允許接受更換，我們會收取原購買價之30%手續費。客人可將餘款購買其他當時店內出售之狗隻。在任何情況下都不會退款。

4. 本公司有權更改本更換狗隻條款不須另行通知。

XYBERPET 希望為各網友提供盡善盡美的售後服務，所以由2003年8月起本來的7天健康保證期增至 14 天。當然我們係出售100% 健康活潑的狗仔先至有信心比網友咁長的健康保證期啦!

如果買XYBERPET冠軍犬繁殖出來的冠軍犬直子或直女，並擁有香港狗會以 XYBERPET 為場名 人kennel name prefix) 的冠軍犬直子或直女，都可享有永久健康保證。{如上述狗狗在牠有生之年發現有任何先天性疾病，一經香港註冊獸醫書面証明，XYBERPET 便會送多一隻同等的狗狗給主人}

此項永久保證在港創先河，XYBERPET 先做得到。
